While coaching a player who wants to go pro they most likely already have very high game knowledge but more then just game knowledge they also need help with improving mentally, efficiency of their practice and pointing out little things that they have missed in their play that they can improve. This makes the player improve way faster.Īlmost any coach I have heard coaching on twitch in sc2 is giving pointers to low league players explain things in such a way that they know what to do but they don't understand why a lot of the time which is really really bad. To coach players typically those at lower leagues if you want rapid improvement you need to make them understand how the game works and help them see the bigger picture which in turn will make them automatically understand what are good or bad decisions and what is logical. If you want a fun interaction with some famous personalities in sc2 and your wallet can take it sure go ahead its a fun experience but it isn't worth the money. Same if you have an ambition to go pro don't waste your money you need a real coach. If you have no ambition to go pro don't waste your money on coaching from pro streamers, it is a waste of money.
